Julia Nemtseva

Managing Partner

 

Julia is a solicitor who has a wealth of experience in provision of expert legal advise on various matters related to the Russian advertising legislation, its interpretation, application and industry standards. She is a member of the Expert Council of the Federal Anti Monopoly Authority (the Regulator) which sets out guidelines on the application of the advertising legislation. Julia is a member of the Committee on enterprises producing ethyl spirit, alcohol and ethyl spirit containing products at the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation. She is the author of MBA advertising law study texts for the Moscow International Business Institute.

Prior to founding AdConsul Julia served in key posts with Gazprom-Media Plc, NTV-Media Ltd and Association of Russian Communications Agencies.

Julia Belova

Professional lawyer and patent attorney (registration number 1008), specializing in copyright and patent law legal services. Julia has an extensive intellectual property experience - from leading the process of registration of intellectual property to resolving on the protection and restoration of the rights to these objects.

Member of Moscow Chamber of Lawyers.

Julia had been working as a lawyer of Moscow bar association “Barshchevsky & Partners” for more than ten years.

Dmitry Spitsyn

Partner

Dmitry is an economist and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has more than twenty years experience working in key positions within banking and fiduciary services. Dmitry specialises in international structuring including formation and operation of Family Offices as well as in managing trust disputes.
